Since early 2024, Phu My Engineering Construction JSC (PMEC) has closely coordinated with the EPC-design-and-build general contractor, CJSC, to implement the design and execution of the post-tensioned slab beam system for the project. Despite the large scope—over 130,000 m² of floor area—PMEC promptly completed the design phase and earned the trust of CJSC to serve as the official contractor for the post-tensioning cable package.
As of the end of September 2024, construction at the Cooler Master Factory site has been progressing rapidly, with the first floor slab nearing completion. The structural work involves an aggressive schedule of 5–6 days per zone, across 12 zones per floor. PMEC's scope for the post-tensioning system is expected to be completed within a 4-month timeline, by the end of December 2024.
With high demands on speed, precision, and quality—alongside a significant volume of post-tensioning work—PMEC is dedicating substantial resources to meet the rigorous expectations of both the main contractor CJSC and the project owner, Cooler Master.
