Located in Phu Thuong – Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi, the Skyline project is a premium mixed-use development comprising offices, a hotel, and luxury apartments. Developed by Nam Hung JSC, the project is being executed by CENTRAL as the main contractor.

The development features a 27-storey tower above ground and 4 basement levels, designed to integrate high-end living and working spaces in one of Hanoi’s rapidly developing urban areas.

In this project, PMEC has been entrusted with the full scope of post-tensioning works, including the supply of materials and execution of the post-tensioning cable system for the building’s structural framework.

With construction progressing according to schedule, the post-tensioning works are expected to be completed between June and July 2024.
