PMEC Executes Post-Tensioning Works for Green View Garden – Urban Green Residential Project

The Green View Garden – Urban Green high-rise residential project is being developed by Kusto Home JSC and constructed by Coteccons Construction JSC as the main contractor. In this project, PMEC continues to be trusted as one of Vietnam’s leading specialists in the design and installation of post-tensioning cable systems.

With its proven track record and engineering expertise, PMEC plays a vital role in ensuring the structural performance and construction efficiency of the building.

Located in Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, the Green View Garden – Urban Green development is situated on a land plot of over 22,000 square meters. Formerly known as the Green View Garden project, the site has been reimagined into a modern high-rise residential complex featuring three 23-storey apartment blocks — one single tower and one twin tower configuration. Urban Green is the latest project developed by Kusto Home, and is being constructed by Coteccons Construction JSC as the main contractor. The project has received full legal approvals, including investment policy clearance, detailed 1/500 zoning approval, fire safety design approval, and a construction permit. Most recently, on August 17, 2023, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction issued Document No. 12555/SXD-PTN&TTBĐS, confirming the project's eligibility for the sale and lease of future residential units. As of August 2023, construction work at the site was progressing rapidly, with the podium structure of both towers actively under development. PMEC has been selected to carry out the post-tensioning cable system for the structural slabs — a testament to its reputation as one of Vietnam’s leading specialists in the field. With an expected construction pace of 5–7 days per post-tensioned floor, the post-tensioning works are scheduled for completion between March and April 2024.
