PMEC Commences Construction of Prestigious Office Tower in Downtown Ho Chi Minh City

On the morning of July 12, 2024, PMEC officially commenced work on a landmark office building located at 63 Cao Thang Street, District 3 — a prime location in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Developed by Betrimex, the project is set on a 1,028-square-meter plot and will feature four basement levels and 14 above-ground floors, with a total gross floor area of 11,200 square meters. PMEC is serving as the post-tensioning cable contractor for the development.

The 63 Cao Thang Office Tower is being constructed to meet LEED Gold certification standards — one of the most prestigious benchmarks for green buildings. The certification ensures strict adherence to critical energy and environmental criteria. Once completed and operational, the building will incorporate well-planned green spaces, offering an eco-friendly environment that promotes human health and sustainability.
