► 2007

• Establishment of Phu My Engineering Construction JSC (PMEC), pioneering the application of post-tensioning technology in Vietnam’s construction industry.

• Focused on promoting widespread adoption of post-tensioned concrete for both civil and industrial structures.

► 2009

• Ranked among the Top 3 post-tensioning design & build contractors in Vietnam.

• Co-founded Phu My Architectural Consultancy (PMAC).

► 2012

• Co-founded Phu My Investment Co., Ltd (PMIC).

• Developed the Nesthome Social Housing project in Da Nang with 420 apartment units.

• Became a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI).

• Expanded into general contracting for civil construction.

► 2014

• Became a member of the Post-Tensioning Institute (USA).

• Launched Simona Home Social Housing project in Quy Nhon with 230 apartments and townhouses.

• Implemented ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.

► 2015

• Signed general contracting package for structure, MEP, and finishing works of Simona Home Quy Nhon, valued over VND 100 billion.

► 2017

• Celebrated PMEC’s 10th anniversary.

• Handed over 234 Simona Home apartments to investors.

• Earned Class-1 certification for design and construction competency by the Ministry of Construction.

• Executed My Dinh Plaza project with notable achievement: completing 24th floor concrete pour in just 39 hours.

► 2018

• Upgraded ISO Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015.

• Completed design and construction of Adora Hoang Van Thu Convention & Wedding Center, with beam spans reaching 38.5 meters.

► 2019

• Opened representative office and successfully expanded into Northern Vietnam with major projects: The Hope Residence, King Palace, Iris Garden...

• Successfully developed and applied PMEC’s proprietary post-tensioning system across all projects.

► 2020

• Upgraded PMEC PT ADVANCE 2.0 System – synchronizing materials, design, and construction.

• Integrated digital transformation into construction management and operations (Industry 4.0).

► 2021

• Upgraded PMEC post-tensioning products to meet ETAG 013 European standards.

• Obtained exclusive certification for anchorage heads and stressing anchor systems.

• Launched commercial product line NEO PMEC.

• Secured major contracts during the pandemic with partners such as Becamex Tower, Imperium Tower, Vung Tau Pearl, Bien Hoa Univer Complex.

• Upgraded branding materials including brochures, website, and catalogues.

• Anchorage systems certified to meet BS 4447 and ETAG standards by Vinacontrol.
