The Grade-A project, The Nexus, is located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, comprising two towers of 26 and 35 floors respectively. The development includes five basement levels reaching nearly 20 meters deep, covering a total site area of 8,634.5 m² and a total construction floor area of 133,834 m².

As a Grade-A project, The Nexus demands high technical quality standards, with strict management and supervision from the consultant MACE and the leading main contractor, Ricons. The project utilizes over 6,500 PMEC-manufactured live anchorage heads, ensuring compliance with rigorous quality requirements. These components fully meet the general quality criteria for DUL cable systems and adhere to European standards.
