Hanoi Melody Residences – Linh Dam is a modern, open-concept residential development by Hung Thinh Corp, located in the Linh Đàm Urban Area, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi. In this project, PMEC collaborates with Bach Khoa Construction JSC, under the leadership of the general contractor Hung Thinh Incons, one of Vietnam’s leading construction firms. PMEC is responsible for the design, supply, and installation of the post-tensioning system for Blocks NO-02 and NO-03, each comprising 29 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels. With a fully integrated system for design, material supply, and execution, PMEC will deliver and install over 8,500 stressing anchor heads for the project. All anchor heads are manufactured by PMEC in compliance with European technical standards, ensuring top-tier quality and performance throughout the structure.
